Atrium Resort & Spa - Simpson Bay

Studio with kitchenette was large clean and cconvenient. Attractive. Close lots of good restaurants and bars. Dive shop was a very short walk just down the beach. Hotel is right on the beach with lots of beach loungers available. For hotels in St Maarten I think this was really good value.

No complaints about hotel. Beach in front is nice but small and view is not spectacular. St Maarten is very developed and busy. Depends what you're looking for.

Great beach, large bedroom, 5 minutes from airport. We arrived early and they were very accommodating, allowing us to use the hospitality room, store our luggage, and use of the pool and beach.

Older bathroom, view out our room was a vacant lot.

I was very happy with the cleanliness of the whole hotel and the very efficient and friendly staff.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room furnishings were dated but very clean and a large and spacious layout. Martha from house keeping was great, answered any questions we had and kept our room spotless.

Everything, the hotel is great!!. I was on 805, the view is half to the sea, half to the mountains. Completelly in front of the simpson bay beach. The room has refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, dishes, silverware, air conditioner, tv, free parking. The hotel is only 1 minute walk from the nearest dive center and have many restaurants around.

Check out at 10am on saturday.

The location near the airport is a plus, being in Simpson Bay with access to many restaurants and shopping without a car is also good. Beachside location is the best attraction. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

Room was not ready and there was only a crowded hospitality room available to wait as it was raining outside. The room was adequate but there was no availability to an outside balcony as it was taken up with noisy hot ait conditioning units. The room was satisfactory for our one night stay but would not have been acceptable for any lenghth of time. Facility was older and getting run down- needs updating.

The facilities and staff were first rate and I would highly recomment them to others.

Noisy A/C

Slightly below average hotel no real likes, but the lobby was kept clean.

Maid service was hit and miss. Slow to repair broken items ie Lights in the gym took 3 days to change a bulb ! The tread mill was not working properly.I reported it and even after 2 weeks was still not repaired. lots of litter on their beach area.

My booking receipt said that the full amount was charged to my card at the time of booking. However, we were required to pay on check out. (One night stay on the way to St. Barth.)
